IE8 wont save history url?
I stupidly installed IE8 on my comp and its alright except for the fact that i cant get it to save my URL history. In the address bar the little arrow to the right usually is clickable to view a quick list of sites you have typed in, well its not working and im getting tired of retyping sites in all the time. I also notice its reseting itself when i restart it, like i get the "good job you upgraded" screen everytime i boot up instead of yahoo....Im thinking of downgrading back to 7 but if someone can help me fix this id appreciate that much more. Thanks. how do i get the url to save in the address bar?

When using Internet explorer do the do the following.
Select tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Auto Complete
Then Check Web Addresses.
In my opinion, dump IE and download Mozilla Firefox.

My advice would be change from IE8 to Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) or Google Chrome (http://chrome.google.com)/

Wake up and use Firefox. IE is for utility sites that require it. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
