isn't it time for the muslim communities to prove themselves to be among us?
in a national newspaper today a muslim extremist (anjem choudary) stated that lord mandelson should be stoned to death for being gay.
before this however lord mandelson would be "re-educated" and taught the evils of homosexuality.
these extremists will stop at nothing to make the UK a sharia state.
is it not time for the decent muslims to prove the worthyness of their race by ostracising trouble-makers and expeling them from their communities-or do they too harbour a secret desire to one day "take over"?.
and is it not time for the government to isolate and deport known extremists for the crime of treason?
your thoughts please.
i do not agree that all muslims are bad-but it does make you wonder why they are not challenged by their own people for their rants against the hand that feeds them.

I agree with the main point the questioner has raised which is;It is about time ethnic minorities namely Muslim Communities proved that they prove themselves that they can live peacefully amongst us.
I would also add; They should declare what flag they hold allegiance to;Is it the Taliban,al Quada or the British Union flag?
It has now got to be faced out that it is no good appealing to the people and government of this country when they are caught fighting and killing our soldiers in Afghanistan or even attending terrorist training camps.

try this then
a post office worker in sneinton nottingham has said that he will not serve people UNLESS they speak ENGLISH AND NOT THIER NORMAL TONGUE
and the post office has said they will investigate as this is not their policy
also the polish shop owner who stated he would not serve english people and then moaned that he was taken out of context when one person told him they were a reporter for a local paper
another person was a young girl who said that he said this in a aggressive manner and put the frighteners on her..!
while i do agree about the extremists(if they are not going to conform to english rules and customs) you do have to remember there are a lot of people from other countries who do come here to learn & work and pay taxes and they really do out number the "bad apples" which you find in every bunch
and most muslims will never agree to what mr Choudary said in the first place but there will always be a few who will agree

No doubt people will play the tired old nazi card as a way of trying to stop all debate on these issues.
I don't think the muslim communities are 'among us'. They have deliberately isolated themselves in their own faith communities, and are now seeking to extend their influence politically and socially.
We must not forget that islam is a religion that teaches the belief that the whole world must be brought into submission to islam. If you read about the spread of islam in the early centuries of it's history, you will see that two methods were used: The sword, and colonization.
Certainly there are muslims who are less vociferous. But we must not view them through the lens of our own culture of individualism. In the muslim community, there are extremely strong family and community pressures which militate against the formation of groups who would counter the pressure of extremists.
Britain is a great country. It will be so much greater.

that must be the suited state of affairs. the sole subject is that we've not got the politicians with the cajones to make the stressful judgements approximately our dependence on those international locations for oil. we are an oil addicted u . s . a . and until we are able to grow to be self adequate the place capability is in touch we are able to constantly be mired in that mess. yet politicians placed votes ahead of uncomplicated experience and choose.

Apart from the lunatic who you quote and a quite large minority with these views, the rest of the Muslims in the U.K. are law abiding citizens and should be treated respectfully.
HOWEVER, their religion is totally at odds with a modern, democratic, secular western European nation and they should be given every help and opportunity to return to the country of their origin and to which they still hold allegience.

The vast majority of Muslims will not come out against these exstremist, because they are told it is in the name of Allah and for the greater good of Islam. So in the end, anything goes.

You said 'is it not time for the decent muslims to prove the worthyness of their race;. First moslems are not a race. secondly what you speak is what the Nazi Germans spoke about the Jews. They were suspicious of the jews and doubted the jews' loyalty towards Germany and wanted the jews toprove themselves. Look where it led too.
Yes, people like Anjem choudhary and likes should be isolated and deported, but all these fear of ' they harbour a secret desire to one day "take over"' or blaming the whole community for not taking action reminds me of the attitude of the Germans before the holocast. These attitude allowed the germans to keep mum when the nazis started rounding up the jews.

You just cant argue with dumb people. What I dont get is, why come to a non muslim country if they dont agree with its life style? But again am sure I will be told that its their right to be whereever they wanna be.
