Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories: Reverse/Rebirth. Riku Boss Battles in Worlds?

Why is it that Riku battles all of Sora's enemies without showing a video first? And besides Riku didnt even go to certain worlds like agrabah, neverland, atlantica, etc. I really dont get this because they r not even in Riku's memories. Y cant he hav visited other worlds? Someone plz help me with this. And also is KH1FM or KH2FM ever gona come out in the USA? I heard they were but its just a rumor. mabye its true

    LOL Rikus in diff part of the castle soras r floors while Riku is basement so they fighting on oppisite sides

    It's basically Chain of Memories from GBA, except for Playstation 2.
