Recommend a detective book set in San Francisco?

I really like Michael Connelly's books (set in LA), John Lutz (set in New York) and Ian Rankin (set in Scotland).

Can anyone recommend any books set in beautiful, atmospheric San Francisco? (Apart from Patterson obviously) Thanks

    - The Magician's Tail

    - Trick of Light

    Also anything by John Lescroat or Marcia Muller
