Anyone know this short story: a woman does not phone for ambulance...?
...when her abusive husband has a heart attack? He forbid her from using the phone until 9pm (the cheap rate) so when he has a heart attack during the day she waits until 9pm to call for ambulance.
Anyone recognise that story? Who wrote it?

The motto is sort of new age-y / inspirational stuff.
