Lose 10-20 pounds in 1 month?

Hi i weigh 189 pounds and im 5 foot 7. I really need to lose weight. I am to lazy to do it cause im a intense gamer (6-8hrs on saturdays and sundays, weekends 3-4hrs) is there a way to lose weight fast enough for 1 month. Like wii fit (i dont have a wii or the wii fit) ddr or something?
