Japanese fish design for a tattoo...?

I would like a Japanese koi or goldfish design for a tattoo, but in pale blue, cream/ white and gold/ yellow instead of the more traditional orange and yellow. Does anyone have any good photos or designs I could borrow? Thanks very much! Jx

Update:

Just wanted to add... I did only ask to borrow some designs for reference. I have no intention of copying anyone elses tattoo or stealing someone elses work. I know a great artist who has tattooed me before, and I just wanted a few photos for inspiration!

I have to disagree with koi fish being tatted on "gangsters" or "hooligans". That doesnt even fit the stereotype of gangster tattoos. But koi fish are very common. This tattoo design originated in asian(I believe japanese) culture. The symbolism could be all sorts of things, it is just how you look at it. For the most part though, most people who got a koi fish tattoo probably saw it tatted on someone else and said "Oh hey thats cool! I want one." Koi fish are definetly not the norm in the americas. Although they are cool, they aren't too high in the originality department. Just type in koi fish tattoo in google images and see how many you find. (my guess is 700+)

Most people won't want to give you their designs for free. You should google some images for references. Take those pictures to the artist doing your work. A good artist will be able to draw up what you want. They can customize the tattoo you want by working with you. This way you'll have something original and more personal.

the best i can say to you my friend if you are getting a tattoo think about it ,you are going to a artist who should know his job, he should be good enough to draw you up a design free hand if not walk away go to some one who can. he's no good as a tattooist

Just go to your local trusted tattoo shop and tell them what you want. Tell them the same thing, and google search color swatches to show the color effect you are going for. Good luck!
