People that are hungover generally crave carbs and bready foods, but those will actually weigh you down more, slowing your metabolism, and making that stomach twist and headache come back. Fruits or salads are best to eat when hungover, as they restore acids and have antioxidants.
Energy drinks can also hurt the recovery time for a hangover. Your nerves are already sensitive, and energy drinks can make you go haywire. Mild coffee (brewed or non-espresso) can be the most effective if you have to work or be somewhere.

Oxygen. Take a couple of hits of oxygen from anyone you know who has an oxygen tank, hangover will be no more.

i have always found greasy food and pain releivers to work best, but then i have only ever had 2 hangovers in my life.

put on a buzz and then drink lots of water to rehydrate your body and let the buzz ware off as you replenish your body with the water. hang overs are caused from a lack nutrients in water. the hopps soakes it all up so like i said drink til your buzz, then once your buzzed drink nothing but water and stay awake.

More booze (JOKING), a couple of bananas, a couple of drinks of orange juice and a couple of raw eggs. This is to replace what you lost during a drinking session.
