That little boy was physically abused by his father....
Shouldn't the real focus be on how we can stop child abuse?

i don't think of a 9 12 months old has the emotional or psychological progression required to be held to an grownup complication-free. And he actually won't get "help" in detention center. A scientific institution, in keeping with threat. Juvenile is extra useful than grownup, yet nevertheless not likey to grant help mandatory And whilst he's an grownup, he could be held in charge for his movements as an grownup, yet via no ability something he did as a toddler.

Its mixed opinion at the end of the day, the boy was going through a really hard life but that dose not excuse what he did ! he should be put to prison at the age of 16 and not let out again for anther 20 years.

The murderer should be kept in a juvenile hall, then transfered to a prison for a couple of decades. I don't want him living in my neighborhood or going to public schools where he might harm children.
