Your sister should have a doctor appointment soon, the first is usually around 9 weeks or so, so make sure she lets them know of her concerns. They can help ease her fears. That's what they're there for.

Anyway, every pregnancy is different. I had four miscarriages before I had my son and that pregnancy did not feel any different form any of the others. This pregnancy (the first since I had my son) feels VERY different! I know I started showing a lot earlier and felt WAY sicker. If she is not having any bleeding or major cramping (like where she is writhing in pain) then I wouldn't worry about it!

I think what you are trying to ask is if that is normal for her to be showing so soon. The answer would be yes since it is her second pregnancy this is normal.

her body is used to it. im 8 weeks with my 2nd and the same this is happened to me. its normal for your body to look more pregnant faster than with the first pregnancy

its most likely from her previous pregnancies, since her muscles are softer and more flexible you start to show earlier or maybe its multiples, if shes really worried about it she should call her dr.
