If They Had Academy Awards for the NFL?

I see your back Amanda, Well I gotta agree with you, my team will be getting the "Best Actor" award too, becaus eevery year they choke the superbowl away when they are picked to win it!

It's because the Saints had a decent season. It came at the wrong time for the country. No one likes the Cinderella teams. Everyone is mad since the Steelers and Eli sucked. Vick had a bad season (much to the sportswriters' suprise). All the teams that were suppossed to win didn't. But there is no way in heck the NFL is rigged. The Saints are for real. Go Saints!!!!!!!!! I do sometimes wonder about the officials. Some of their calls do seem questionable. But they're suppossed to know what they're doing. If you think you can do better I'd like to see you try. I'm a soccer referee, and it's hard to make every call right. If you think you can do better then go try.

Comeback King

The Chargers came back after a 4-8 start, win 4 games in a row, and make the playoffs (and even win a playoff game). Of course the Broncos did help, so they get the Helping Comeback Kings award, because they lost the 3 last games of the season so the Chargers could make the playoffs.

Hey Amber, "Best 8-8 team" has to be Saints, they beat the Chargers.

Too bad Tom Brady was out all season because it sure would have been his birthday!

But I got to give credit to the Pats for winning a game by 40 points one time without him!

I would go for the Bears getting a lifetime achievement, not cause they are great, cause they look like whatever old folk hobbles out to get the lifetime achievement award reminding us of what they were and what could've been. How did the 80's bears only win one superbowl?

My NEW YORK FOOTBALL GIANTS, would get the Congeniality award because, they will be giving Chris Canty back to the COWBOYS twice a year.
