I'm 18.5 weeks pregnant, when should I be feeling movement?
This isn't my 1st but I'm abit hazy as it has been almost 5 years since last being pregnant. I feel little things especially behind my belly button and little twinges here and there but nothing much and this doesn't happen every day so should I be worried? I don't know if it's the baby or if it's just wind. Anyone else in or has been in this position? Answers and/or advise please :)

Those twinges you feel could be it. Movements are hard to distinguish, esp with your first pregnancy, or since you had your last baby 5 years ago it might be hard to remember. They feel like little bursts in your belly (like popcorn popping) or butterflies. They will get stronger as your pregnancy progresses. Most people feel movement between 18-24 weeks. I wouldn't be worried... it also depends on the position of the baby. Congrats :)

i felt my baby move at 18 weeks. And it was a definite prod rather than a flutter. It was as if she had definitely poked me!! Maybe I'd had flutters before then but I couldn't say I noticed them or realised that's what they were. What you describe is perfectly normal for this stage. If you are a little further along than you have been told then you could have been feeling these things for longer than you would have thought.

I had the same thing happen to me when i was pregnant with my second, i felt that and then some days/nights i didn't, it's alright though, nothing to worry about, hes just trying to get start moving, you'll really feel the baby around 20 or so weeks then up from there the baby will move around all over the place. Same thing happened to me! =)

Everyone was telling me that I should be feeling movements by 18 weeks and I wasn't. I just said it will come and didn't pay attention much because it would drive me crazy if I did. And suddenly I felt them when I was 19 weeks + days. Just wait it out a bit, it will come :)

I'm 21 wks and its just been the last week that I can say 100% that what I felt was her moving/kicking and not my digestive track *LOL* And this is my second pregnancy... so don't worry... it will take some time but as it grows you will most def feel it...

You should start to feel the baby soon. I always felt my son the most while lying on my back. Kinda feels like butterfly wings flapping in your tummy just light flutters at first.
