I am doing a 10km walk in an hour

breakfast:

coffee

morn tea:

1.5l water

lunch:

2x chicken chillie strips

salad

avro tea:

30grms athena yogurt

    No, and it is the best way to lose muscle (which is the only thing that burns fat). Also it is seriously lacking in most nutrition. This is exactly what many YoYo dieter do and get fatter and fatter, because they keep losing muscle and when they go off their diet, they have less engine (muscle ) to burn the fuel (fat). It's not healthy at all and your brain can't possibly function at it's best when you don't feed it in the morning (it's a glucose pig). Don't think thin, think shapely, that's what is sexy and that is what Guys like. You can't get shapely when you are starving your muscles, you get flat, saggy and drawn out looking. Sorry for being blunt, but it's the cold hard truth.

    if you are not anorexic already, you'll soon be so! what you

    are doing is really dangerous.

    this may be a diet for a person weighing 300 lbs, but not for

    a "normal" person.

    do you want to look like a walking clothes hanger?

    my suggestion is that you ask your practician for a good

    nourishment plan.

    cut the coffee have a good breakfast 4 egg white, toast and OJ... Lunch have a sandwich and salad

    seems like you should be eating a LOT more.

    especially with all the excercise you do
