What do you think about this interview. A poster on the Likey Love message board saw Christian Le Blanc in a play this past weekend. After the play, he was talking to the guests and she asked him about Lauren not being part of the Kevin story and being off screen for over a month.


Apparently, Tracey Bregman was not on vacation and it was a writer's decision to not use Lauren in this family story. Tracey and Christian were both upset that she was not written into this Kevin story. He felt that the Lauren and Michael fans had every reason to be upset at how the writers are writing for Lauren and Michael.

He did say that Tracey will be back on with scenes with Eden and some with the Kevin story in the future, but they have all been confused and upset that she has been excluded from the current Kevin storyline.

Christian and Tracey have both asked the writers about their characters' storyline and Christian said that "they" meaning TPTB tell them that Lauren and Michael are popular and well liked as a couple by the fans, but then they refuse to write anything for them.

He said that he would tell Tracey that she has been missed and knows she will appreciate that as he knows he appreciates that they have missed Michael in scenes with his immediate family. He also mentioned that the little boy who plays Fen is very talented but the fans would never know that because they never have Fen on the show. I honestly have never heard Christian say a negative word about the show and the person who met him said he was very emphatic in his feelings on the matter.

Christian said that he missed his Lauren and his Fenmore (the fan girl in me sighed about that). Too bad the writers don't feel the same way.
Should they have Lauren on more are there any Lauren fans.

I have been a fan of Lauren since she first came on the show 20 years ago.  I love her and Michael together and agree she needs to be involved in this story line.  The two of them are one of the strongest couples on Y&R right now!  They need to get past this Katherine story line, find Kevin and begin the healing process which is going to be intense.  Lauren definitely should be a part of that.

I love Michael and Lauren.  I have wondered why she wasn't involved in this story.  She should be right there in the middle of it with Michael.  She and Jana are very close and Lauren always knows how to handle Gloria.  I hope she isn't going to leave or be written off because they make a great pair.

There are definitely a lot of Lauren fans. It is so nice to see a married couple on the soaps who are not jumping into bed with someone else. I love lauren and michael and wish they were given more airtime.No. TPTB think that to get ratings they have to show a lot more sex (Sharon and Billy) and more angst (Cain/Lily/Chloe/Billy). Enough already, give poor sharon a break and get her some help and leave chloe's and billy's baby with chloe and billy. I can't believe they expect us to believe that Cain has a chance at custody and he has no claim whatsoever to Cordelia. While I'm at it, it's time for poor kay to get back to her life. It's going to be fun to see how murph adapts to living in the mansion. Sorry,i got on my soapbox a little LOL.

It is a bit strange since Lauren is one of Kevin's biggest supporters. Through all his troubles with Jana, she was very loving and supportive.

I honestly think a recast of Fen is in order. The scenes I've seen him in(back when the Lowell storyline was big) he was very disruptive and distracting in the scenes. It seems like the other members of the cast were really having to work hard to work around him. That's not fair to them. Either make him a sweet, quiet baby or a very well behaved child ..like the girl who presently plays Summer!

Yes Lauren is a big part of this family she helps hold it together. I can't believe that she is excluded from this story line.

it is weird. lauren puts up with a lot being michael's wife. i dont think i could do it dealing with gloria is awful. i get they wanted to highlight kevin only but i'd rather see lauren than jenna,
