Marks from wrinkled pants?

I have a pair of dress slacks that were very badly wrinkled at one point. I ironed them, but the pants now have white streaks on them from the wrinkles. What causes this and how do I get rid of them? I have looked everywhere and can't find an answer.

    I get wrinkles out by Just Adding them in Hot Dryer for just 5 - 6 mi

    As far As white Streaks?

    Id take a Wash Cloth, & Put under Hot water & rub on your pants & then put In HOT dryer For Untill It Drys..
