In what book of the Hebrew Sacred Scriptures (Old Testament) was Yahweh first referred to as King of Kings...?

... Lord of Lords... etc.

I'm actually doing some historical background information on the Ancient Near East in accordance with the Jewish Diaspora. If you could site the book great. If you have the chapter and verse even better.

Although if it isn't mentioned until Christian Sacred Scriptures begin (New Testament) the info on that would be appreciated as well.

The actual title was given to the mightiest king of any given time.

Although it does not used the title. Check out Zechariah 14

The implication is that he is the King over all the kingdoms (all kingdoms have kings so that would make him by default the King of kings) on the earth.
