ring the company and tell them then ask them to pick it up give you a new one. keep a record of all the details and the phone calls and what is said.

you could try to stop the payment from your credit card but not sure how you do that.

unless the cooker came with a warranty or money back guarantee or some kind of contract or anything of that sort there is nothing you can do other than report some kind of faulty advertisement if that is even possible. it all depends on where you bought the item from.

contact seller and ask for replacement or refund. if by any chance the seller ignores you, just dispute the charges with your credit card company..

if the seller does give you a replacement, make sure you don't spend another penny. if they want the damaged cooker back, make sure they pay for shipping cost.

My first line of approach would be to visit the store you bought it at and complain, hopefully you have your purchase slip.If they will not do anything look factsthe manufacturing company and call them. If you do not have their name or address why not enter the name on your search engine to find out were they are located. Should this fail I would contact you state consumer protection agency.j

I would start by calling the shipping company (who probably damaged it). Then depending what they say, call the company you ordered it from. Don't waste time though, otherwise they will think you damaged it.

Call your credit card company, and stop payment on it and then call the company and have it picked up!
