is there a web site where i can enter the ingredients of a recipe and get the correct amount of the different exchanges like you see in the nutrition analysis in diabetic recipes?
i'm not too sure if such a thing exists or where to find it.

yes! http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.p... has my favorite link. There's another one around, but it works less well and I can't remember what it is. I have this one bookmarked, though. I use it a lot. Enjoy!
