Programs at a wedding ceramony?
Are they necessary? I don't have the time to make them and don't want to spend the money on having them done for us. Also, we are having a 20 min ceremony...nothing elaborate.

As a party planner i do not recommend programs to my clients. I generally see the wedding party making a fuss most of the time, wanting to be recognized. It is not a broadway show and your guests do not need a rundown of the course of events. Once you give a program your guests will automatically look at it and think of how much time is left as the ceremony goes on. Wedding programs are time consuming, expensive and most of all unnecessary. Leaving them out all together is your best bet!

No need for them. I have been to over 20 weddings and the only time I have seen them is at the really long boring weddings where the ceremony takes forever. There really is no need for them in modern times.

I think your fine without them. People just throw them away anyway. Spend your money on more useful things. You will need it to start your new lives together. Don't waste it on unnecessary things. Good luck.

I was just looking at some online and really.. unless it is a big production I don't think it is at all necessary.
