I hope you don't mean booze, cos that's a waste of money.
Wash your face with a cleanser aimed at clearing acne, and then use a cotton ball soaked in RUBBING ALCOHOL (or toner), which will dry up any oils and remove any residue from the cleanser.
It helps.

it would agitate the pores inner skin making it worse it would probably feel like pouring very toxic chemicals on your skin and a really bad burning sensation
