What....in your opinion is the best suntan lotion?

This is a very good question, and more complex than it may seem.

First: Look for something that will help moisturize your skin, as exposure to ultraviolet rays will dry your skin.

Second, be cautious tanning. Start with a sunblock, or limit your exposure to 15 minutes "per side" the first day, increasing this by 5 minutes per day until you reach 90 minutes, or a tan that you desire.

I suggest a Noxema product, as they regularly provide superior moisturizers.

The best thing to do is visit with a pharmacist at your local drug store -- they will be familiar with the UV exposure levels in your area and can provide superb advice.

Note that over exposure and over tanning can cause skin cancer and premature skin aging.
