cant remember the name of a manga?
well there is this manga i read and i cant remember the name...
here is the plot
2 kids one guy and one girl, the girls dad is a doctor and she met the guy at the hospital they became best friends are had feelings for each other but she over heard from her dad that he will die at the age around 20 or somthing so she was always super nice to him. when they finished jr high the guy over heard he was going to die soon so he wanted to move far away so he wouldnt hurt the girl when he died. so he started high school in a far away place, but the girl followed him there and stuff....thats about all i can remember! plz tell me if u know this manga!
