sorry if you felt offended. Maybe that is the way that the Pro-Israel people think, that is their business. My opinion is that the Israeli government is lying, and so do a lot of others. I was very happy with your response in fact, I thought it was lovely, but I don't believe that is the agenda of the Israel government, quite the opposite. In fact, it wouldn't work any longer, there isn't enough land.

first all of all that is not true. second of all since most Israelis are jewish the Holocaust is a sensitive issues and comparing Israel to such a terrible regime is absolutely wrong. whatever you think of israel it will never be like Nazi Germany and it is the most terrible thing to compare the 2. by saying Israel is like the Nazis you are implying that Israel wants to conquer the world, thinks that ( in this case) judaism is above everyone and will kill anyone different.

It keeps happening on here. It can be disheartening to spend time researching a question and thinking about it honestly, just to find that the asker had a different agenda.

It's more honest for any bias to be stated in the question, then we can decide fairly whether to answer or not.

There are some well known people (or rather avatars) on here that you know have a particular interest e.g. Messianic/Christian, Jewish, atheist etc. or political leaning, but I agree, just to ask a question just so that a particular group can be insulted is warped, and shouldn't be seen as being acceptable.

The person who asked the question which you point out, had one agenda which only became clear after picking "best answer", so in my opinion you are right to challenge this.

I think the lies were referring to her belief that the Israeli govt is lying about their plans. Being the cynic I am, I can see her point but I'd apply it to all sides. Does that mean I think every Jew, Muslim & Christian is a liar? Far from it but it does seem that 'people in power' have an aversion to the truth & maybe they're smart for that, they'd jeopardize their position of power with the truth. Sad.

Most have been brain washed since they were young to believe the lies and hate are the way to treat Jews in general, that everything is their fault. You are way too deep in the weeds if you are worrying about the set-up questions of people diametrically opposed to the views you believe in and stand for. While you view your postings as part of a dialogue, there are many who view yahoo/answers as an opportunity to repeat ideology, not to answer questions. At some point, people interested in the free market of ideas will tire of attempting to refute ideology with facts and simply ignore the ideologues. That, or retire from political sections of Y/A for a while now that baseball season is coming as I am tempted to do.

People on this forum are not palestinian. There are a lot of activists on this forum claiming to be palestinian. Palo chick is palestinian based on her responses. I have talked to many palestinians and they are very moderate. I could be wrong about palo chick though haha.
