Do you ever give thumbs down simply because..?

You can just TELL that that person is a complete nimrod? When it has little to do with the quality of their answer, you just find their personality repugnant?

Update:

I do that.

Update 2:

All the time.

I must admit that sometimes I do that. Or if they are ranting or preaching or whatever, then yeah they get a thumbs down as well.

Not really. I give TDs for answers that are factually wrong and occasionally ones that are just plain mean but not funny in any way. Sometimes I give a TD for answers that are really long rants with bible verses when they don't have anything to do with the question. That's a bit like giving a TD for the answerer being a nimrod, but I do it because it's annoying that I have to scroll past all that crap.

properly...definite and no. lol. I advise, define "superb." i think you're thinking of a mission wherein the question is something like "What does the Bible say approximately sparkling?", and somebody solutions with an appropriate quote from Scripture, and that i ensue to disagree with the assumption in the back of the quote. definitely, from time to time, yeah, i could probable thumb it down, because of fact I DO disagree with the assumption. Technically, the guy is "precise" interior the context of the question; however the respond continues to be "incorrect" so a great way as i'm worried.

I give a thumbs down when the answer is completely off course....when it wouldn't solve the problem.....or make it worse.

I usually ignore them. Unless they absolutely have no idea what they're talking about or are outright insulting someone.

  • Just look at Losasha's answers and get back to me.
