typically, the same as it is today. the sun rises and sets and life lives.

1) Get up at first light
2) milk the cows
3) have breakfast
4) work on the farm all day
5) eat dinner
6) read a bible, maybe read something else
7) go to bed at 9 PM at the latest

It would begin dark, then get gradually more bright, then it would get gradually darker, and end dark.
