im a male, age 27, former athlete but have sat on my bum for 4 years. ive recently joined a gym and have been spending most of my time on cardio, trying to get myself back into shape, slowly and safely. my question is about my heart rate. is it ok for me to be maintaining a heart rate of 162? or should i be down in the 150's? im asking because lately ive been having these "heart rush" feelings that seem to only come around while eating.

i ordered a package and paid $20 to have it over-nighted from california to Oregon. it shipped same day and couldve easily made it to me next day, however they sent it to Kentucky first, before Portland. what gives?? i assume they have a hub or something there but do i have a chance at getting my money back for the over-night?

have we made anything better than dogs? (through selective breeding, of course)

its been too long of these puppets parading themselves around the country talking this and talking that. neither candidate has given us any info on how things are going to be dealt with. i mean, really? is telling people whether or not they are having a baby more important than our country becoming 3rd world? really? why isnt there more debating during the campaign? why dont the candidates reveal their plans? are they afraid someone will take it from them? is that selfish?

right now im going with hasselbeck, anyone care to try and change my mind?

i have noticed that when i receive new email i dont get a little envelope in my tool bar. it did up until about 2 weeks ago or so. any ideas how to get it back or why it doesnt do it anymore?

maybe its just the picture but this looks EXACTLY like the type of person i would picture cloning their dead dog. this unnecessary operation could've provided me and all my friends with a lifetime supply of plastic or paper grocery bags. what gives?

to me this is far more of a distraction than any cell phone verbal conversation. can these people just never say "no" to their dogs? the only time my dog is allowed in the drivers seat is at a drive up window where he may receive a nice treat.

if youre one of these people who allows this, where is your common sense? dogs are unpredictable and a mass of object that can hinder your turning ability.
