I personally don't think he should be allowed to come back, but I think that they will. If they give Pac-man like 8 second chances, then I don't see how they won't let Vick back in. That being said, how many franchises would be willing to take a shot on this guy? Do you want to invest the money you know he'll want to run the risk of him doing some bone-headed thing like this again? Sure, he's served his time, but his actions have spoken louder than anything that he will ever do in his life again.

I know he's not the only person that does dog-fighting, and frankly, anybody who takes part in that should be locked up as well. I don't buy this, they're just dogs argument. Wasn't too long ago people weren't too worked up about blacks not being allowed civil rights because, they're just black. Or women not being allowed to vote because they're just women. Dogs are living creatures too, and cruelty is cruelty, bottom line. Vick should never be allowed near he NFL again, the NFL is a privilege, not a right, and he's shown that he's not worthy of it.

Source(s): edit: skateboard: If Tom Brady were convicted of Dog fighting, I'd be the first in line to rip that guy to shreds. I don't care who does dog fighting, it's wrong.

I heard he is playing Longest Yard style in prison. Could you imagine being a prison football team and having Michael Vick as your quarterback!?

But seriously... No, I do not have it in me to boycott the NFL because of reinstatement of one man. I have never done it for that reason before, so I sure wouldn't start now. He will fade into obscurity. Don't worry..it will happen. Plus, the justice system worked this time. The celebrity went to jail for an appropriate sentence. This is a rare occurrence and probably due to the heinous nature of the crime and all the activists outside the courthouse. However, despite why he got a legit sentence, he did - and he is serving it.

I will not boycott the NFL over petty Mike Vick.

Oh, and Skateboard, I love dogs and I hate Tom Brady (even though I concede that he is a fantastic QB). I would never rally behind that whining pretty boy. I say whining because I watch him play my team twice every year and watch tons of football regardless...every game I see him in, he is whining for penalty flags EVERY TIME he has to take a hit. Even if it is a legitimate hit, he is over with the ref(s) whining about why he deserves a flag. He is an all-time great, but he is a bit.ch.

It would be dumb of u to boycott. Dog fighting is going on right now somewhere in the country. He is just a high profile figure who is paying for it

Nope because the man did his time and can make a living if he wants to. You people make too big of a deal of this. Dog Fighting goes on in the south everyday (not that it makes it right) and not enough people get arrested for it like Vick.

LOL too bad...The NFL won't end because u dont wanna see Vick play. Get a life!!!

You people care more about dogs then the NFL lol

No, he is doing and will have done his time, and he deserves a second chance just like all these other players who are getting two and three chances, to me Pac Man Jones is a worse human being than Vick.

I think he'll play his way out of the league fairly quickly, either through an erosion of skills or a Crac-Man type off the filed offense. He was always overrated, I doubt prison time will make him better.

YES! Don't forget that he has to serve at least a one year suspension AFTER he gets out of prison!

I can't believe the State of Virginia is making him do ZERO time for felony convictions! Who do they think he is, O.J. or something?
