Why can't I just edit my Y!A questions?

So when you post a questions, why can't you edit the question later... Y!A forces you add additional details which show up seperately.. and than if you make a type-o you can't edit it, you have to post another additional detail... so irritating =S

So you can't change the question to something completely different...

Because otherwise you could post something else, and then once everyone answers, you can change the question.

For example, you could put "How many of you breathe oxygen?" and once you get a lot of answers, edit your question to be something like "How many of you have a foot fetish?" lol. You see the problem?

Just try and proofread before you submit. =)

That is the reason you are given the chance to preview & edit before you submit the Q. Use it!
