Puckdat was our resident "Counter of the Cup questions"-- had it down to a science with a disclaimer to boot...

Guess we'll just have to keep shaking that 8-ball like a Bond Martini seeing as how Puck still has possesion of the Crystal ball..

Impressed--- Steve Mason-- THE main reason CBJ is about to break the postseason..

Steve Sullivan--- Over 2yrs away and never missed a step..

Disappointment--- Mats Sundin --- Play it all or dont play at all!!! I just detest those guys that "Cup hop" better than half way through a season...

Marty Turco--- I swear, his play this year(as are the Stars) is Bi-polar... What happened in Big D in the offseason???

Back at ya Daz.... :P Welcome back to the jungle..

If I was a team that made the post season the team that would strike the most fear into me would have to be the Penguins. No team has played better over the last month. They have arguably two of the best 3 players in the league in Crosby and Malkin. Bill Guerin is a great leader and can still produce and along with Dupuis provides great veteran leadership. Their defense is finally healthy with the return of Gonachar and with the emergence of Goligoski, they are an offensive force. Fleury looks like the same goalie that led them to the finals last year. And the loss the the Wings in 6 games should have them hungrier than ever.

Out west, I would have to pick the sharks. They would be wise to rest some of their veterans down the stretch and get ready for a late playoff run. They have world class goaltending in Nabakov, great offense in Thornton, Marleau, boyle and Setoguchi, grinders in Mike Grier and Goc and not to mention leadership from Thornton blake, grier and marleau.

As a Sabres fan, I am by no means bias in my choice, but I would have to pick the Pens to win it all at this point.

    Lets Go Buffalo

Well, the current count is 2430 total of these questions. Divide that by the number of years and....you do the rest. Its a lot.

Impressed me - Alex Burrows and Ryan Kesler for the Canucks. These two guys have had huge breakout seasons and are pretty much the main reason Vancouver sits in 3rd in the West right now

Both Chris and Steve Mason have impressed me. Steve all year long, and Chris in the recent stretch. Both have hauled their teams into a probably playoff appearance.

The entire Chicago Blackhawks team. This group of guys (Toews, Kane, Sharp, Havlat, Versteeg, Khabibulin in particular) have brought a struggling franchise back into the postseason. Very impressive.

Disappointed: - Sean Avery. He's a good player, just needs to keep his trap shut. His comments were stupid and he deserved the time he got.

Stamkos at the beginning of the year, but he has really turned it on the recent months.

    Dion Phaneuf *sobs*

Dazzle.....our friend from overseas. I was wonder where you disappeared to but I assumed that you got a life or a hot british girlfriend or something.

Tim Thomas has yet impressed me again. He is like a fine wine getting better with age.....somewhat like Lity ;)

The entire Lightning franchise has embarrassed me and disappointed me.

I have seen the "Who will win the cup" question probably about 70 times in the past two week.

Dazzle!!Too busy shaving your legs for field hockey?lol

Impressed me personally was Jeff Carter..Who knew this guy,who was on the trading block last year, would be a 40 goal scorer.

Disappointing-Danny Briere, gets hurt too much and when he comes back he doesn't go into corners or outhit an opponent to get a loose puck, also isn't a goal scorer like he was in the past...Bad combo
