If heaven, hell, souls, freewill, and an omnipotent, omniscient god are real, then why are we here (details)?
Obviously, an omniscient god would know that those souls who go to Hell would have chosen to just skip this life and go straight to Heaven (skipping whatever we did to get us into Hell), and if that god was also omnipotent it could get it done. If that god is the one that put us here, didn't that directly interfere with our freewill to go straight to Heaven instead?

Revelation 20 KJV
13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
James 2 KJV
13For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
(NIV)
13because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment!
The Bible's hell is temporary rest, not eternal burning pain. People are very unmerciful and unloving to threaten that. And they have no idea what judgment from God means.
All who did not commit unpardonable sin will come back to a paradise earth forgiven of past sins and get to learn to be like Jesus Christ.
Matthew 12:31, 32, Heb. 10:26, Romans 6:23, Isaiah 33:24, 65:20....much more.
Isaiah 26 NIV
9 My soul yearns for you in the night;
in the morning my spirit longs for you.
When your judgments come upon the earth,
the people of the world learn righteousness.
10 Though grace is shown to the wicked,
they do not learn righteousness;
even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil
and regard not the majesty of the LORD.
The world (non Christians) come back to earth to learn righteousness once God and his son are judging the earth. They finally get their cases heard and are helped including being given plenty of food, homes, lands to farm, etc. Isaiah 65:17-66:1.
Jesus' rulership of the earth is about curing the nations not tormenting them.
Revelation 22 KJV
2In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
Revelation 20 KJV
1And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Revelation 21 KJV
1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Psalm 72 KJV
1Give the king thy judgments, O God, and thy righteousness unto the king's son.
2He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.
3The mountains shall bring peace to the people, and the little hills, by righteousness.
4He shall judge the poor of the people, he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.
5They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.
6He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass: as showers that water the earth.
7In his days shall the righteous flourish; and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.
8He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.

Consider an illustration. Imagine that a teacher is telling his students how to solve a difficult problem. A clever but rebellious student claims that the teacher’s way of solving the problem is wrong. Implying that the teacher is not capable, this rebel insists that he knows a much better way to solve the problem. Some students think that he is right, and they also become rebellious. What should the teacher do? If he throws the rebels out of the class, what will be the effect on the other students? Will they not believe that their fellow student and those who joined him are right? All the other students in the class might lose respect for the teacher, thinking that he is afraid of being proved wrong. But suppose that the teacher allows the rebel to show the class how he would solve the problem. Jehovah has done something similar to what the teacher does. Remember that the rebels in Eden were not the only ones involved. Millions of angels were watching. (Job 38:7; Daniel 7:10) How Jehovah handled the rebellion would greatly affect all those angels and eventually all intelligent creation. So, what has Jehovah done? He has allowed Satan to show how he would rule mankind. God has also allowed humans to govern themselves under Satan’s guidance.

I notice you have a lot of "if's", I guess that means you don't believe.
I can only tell you that the Bible the greatest history book in the
world says that God created a beautiful, perfect world, and then
created His most beloved creature, mankind, to live there. To walk
with him in the cool of the day and have fellowship and closeness with.
Satan, was the one to enter in and destroy that, but God still
knew that down through the ages there would be some people that
would love Him back and so for their sakes, He let mankind continue.
Hell, was created not for humans, but for Satan because He
has spent all these hundreds of years tormentng mankind. God
never intended for man to go there. But if you choose to live like
Satan and be His friend, then you get to go be with Him.
And yes,we have free will, we'd be robots if not. Would you want a
spouse that was a robot, that did exactly what you said without
any feeling. If God made us like robots, He wouldn't know if we reallly
loved Him or not. He gave us a choice. So man chooses where he
spends eternity, not anybody else!

Print this out and post it up by your computer, somewhere where you can see it everyday.
James 1: 12 - 15
Happy is the man that keeps on enduring trial, because on becoming approved he will receive the crown of life, which GOD promised to those who continue loving him. When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone. But each one is tried by being drawn out and enticed by his own desire. Then the desire, when it has become fertile, gives birth to sin; in turn, sin, when it has been accomplished, brings forth death.
2 Peter 3: 8 - 10
"However, let this one fact not be escaping YOUR notice, beloved ones, that one day is with GOD as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. GOD is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance. Yet GOD'S day will come as a thief..."

It's all about the kingdom. The kingdom was the main thing Christ preached about. If you don't understand the kingdom...nothing else will make sense. This is what the Bible really teaches about it. These are the shortest but most in depth studies i have seen on it. Get out your Bible if you have any doubts that what they are saying is not true. Read them in the order listed if you truly want to understand.

Well, you and I are here. Are we a reflection of God in his image? I think I need a hair cut and a shave to live up to that. Could probably lose 20 pounds too.

If God sent you straight to heaven there is no free will and He basically forced you into heaven. He doesn't want people there who don't want to be there.

No your wrong,,God put us here to enjoy life and see how we would
choose to live our lives,,and the reason he hasn't come yet,he,s trying to wait a little longer to get as many in as he can,you should thank him.

definatly out of context our free will is what makes god confused, thats why the big book of god theory is so self contradictory
