Constantly tired....?

I don't know what else to do.

My symptoms:

-Constantly tired. Can sleep 6 hours or 12 hours and still be completely exhausted.

-super heavy periods

-fair amount of bloating

I just had my hormones checked, thyroid, iron, hemaglobin, fasting blood sugar. All were fine.

Any ideas what to try?

It sounds as though you are deficient in some vital vitamins and minerals. You might need to make some adjustments in your diet. Increase your consumption of vegetables to approximately 60% of your daily diet. Make sure that at least 50% of your vegetables are eaten raw. Also include green leafy vegetables as part of your daily vegetable meals. Also include nuts, seeds, grains, peas and beans in your diet. Beef, milk, and other dairy products are also important to supply vital minerals. Incorporate natural starches such as yams, potatoes, cassava, green banana, dasheen etc. in your diet. Sea foods and sea vegetables are also very important in your diet. Eat less pastries, pastas, and sweets (if you are a sweets lover).

Eat a very wide variety of fresh raw fruits, fresh raw vegetables nuts, seeds, meats and fish in order to benefit from a very wide range of photonutrients, vitamins and minerals.

Even though the suggestion in the following link is aimed at helping one to maintain a good weight, the suggestion is applicable for general health maintenance. I know this sounds silly but you need to exercise more. Your body will work more efficiently when your stronger and in shape. You diet will also affect your mood and vitality. Take a good vitamin supplement also. That has always worked for me.
