The beginning
leaves me spinning
where to start?
horse before the cart
this makes sense
don't sit on the fence
plunge right in
a tale you can spin
it's easy to rhyme
if you take the time
to just let it flow
give it a go
the words come easy
light and breezy
be careful though
you don't want to blow
it
and look like a rambling
twit
and instead of casting a spell
you end up with doggerel

The beginning definitely.
As HP said, slowing down is tough. Letting the poem come to you is a lot harder than knowing what to do with it after you've started (at least that's my experience).
Sometimes it doesn't end I have one poem that is still in progress after seventeen years--which is a bit frustrating.

I don't have a problem writing if I feel inspired or moved about something, it is posting I sometimes don't have the nerve to do. It really makes me nervous...it's like you are standing there naked, not knowing if you look good or have really ugly feet.

slowing down and letting it happen naturally...force kills words and can take over the tone and flow of the words....it's all about the words, so I was told
