People like Eric Holder and Barack Obama have a special US Constitution in their own minds that happens to differ significantly from the one that the rest of us have read.

Build the fence. It is putting pressure on the illegals and drug cartels that march across our borders. Most of the illegals are drug trafficker's. People that don't live close to the border really should educate themselves.

I'm not sure what your point is. Are you suggesting that firearms fall into some special catagory, and their sale and ownership cannot be overseen or regulated in any way? That there be no restrictions on gun sale, purchase, or ownership whatsoever?
