Could I be pre menopausal?
I have been feeling light headed and some morning nausea for a couple of months on/off like I am pregnant. Two negative tests. I am still breast feeding 22 mth old. 36 years of age. Am I just exhausted (other young children) or could it be pre menopause? It feels hormonal.

Id see a gyno for a blood test if there isnt an improvement soon, could be nothing, could be serious ....hard to say
