Bad circulation. Open & close it and move it around a bit.

You might have a blood clot. I don't know if they form in the arm, though. Most likely you just slept on it or laid on it wrong and cut off the circulation. Tingling isn't a big deal, but if it goes numb for an extended period of time, say more than 20 minutes without changing, then you should check it out. Most likely you just need to let it rest.

It's likely carpal tunnel syndrome or a tendinitis. Wear a wrist brace for the next several weeks, even at night, to keep your wrist from bending. Try some ibuprofen to decrease inflammation.

Go to neurologist, Just things as tingling of hands or numbness isnt funny or important thing. I guess if you dont play any instrument or dont spend a lot of time at computer its just bad blood circulation, but still...

I had my hands numb at night constantly - went to neurologist, and she told a month or two and i'd have to have an operation either loose control of my hands :S

This appears to be a muscular problem. Muscles in the hand might have got pulled during weight lifting. Massage the affected area daily twice for a couple of days. If it still doesn't solve the problem then you must see your GP.

Sounds like beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome. Purchase a wrist brace & wear it whenever possible to help hold your forearm & wrist in one position.

the blood in your hand is not circulating very well, kinda like when you sleep on your hand.. if it's hurting you could probably take some pain killers (tylenol) but if it doesn't go away in a week's time then you should probably go to the doctor.
