one of my best friends has a daughter that is vegan so ive kinda learned this whole thing for her. (i call her my veggie chick) she loved loved loved cereal and rice milk any kind of organic vegan cereal is good fresh fruits and veggies are always good too and u can always boil them for just a bit to make em softer then throw em in some ice water to cool them down. my veggie chick also loved tacos so i used to get her organic corn tortillas mix some rice and black beans and cilantro some peppers n onions...she was a happy kid also pizza rolls. u can get premade vegan organic dough and some soy cheese and tomato sauce cut the dough in lil squares put some sauce n dough in fold it crease the edges n bake. i was working at a Waffle house at the time too and she would love to come in and id make her hash browns with diced tomatoes onions and sliced mushrooms...good finger food. you just have to learn to adapt and make sure he's getting enough fruits veggies protein and fat. they are all essential to a happy healthy smart baby.keep trying new things and keep giving him the old ones too he might like them after awhile. some kids go thru stages too...don't worry as long as he's still gaining weight he'll be fine my daughter lived on mac n cheese n hot dogs for a straight week once. i don't even know where she got the idea of hot dogs! and my oldest used to only eat green beans if i let her dip them in fat free ranch...gross i know but whatever she's eating them! and also children actually need much less food than we think they do to be healthy so no worries the more you stress about it the worse it will get. be creative and come up with some new things for him to try and for pete sake go enjoy him while he's still this young!

I have a friend whos son wont eat anything only pureed things or yogurts or custard , he too does not speak , but according to her GP this is because his muscles are not getting used enough from chewing food etc . They are trying now to wean him off the few things he did eat to more textured food .Not an easy job . Good luck .

dear your problem with your son is normal
but have check hes ears or through if they are normal for speaking u have to c doctor for that b/c if he got any problems withthe ears he will not speak
and for the fruit the family should eat beside him b/c they do what u do
and add the fun to his food like watch the tv on the thing he like and leav the food on the tqble he wll eat but without any words from you just put and be away
and also u can use kidi vitamins its hood and can increase the appetisers

Lots of kids are fussy eaters, unless you are worried that he is malnutritioned i would just keep persisting with different foods, if you are really concerned go to a doctor or dietitian. Some things my 2 year old son eats are-
Pasta with tomato sauce and veggies (you can puree some extra veg and mix it through the sauce so he doesn't know)
Omlette or frittatta with cheese and veggies(mushrooms, onion, tomato, zucchini etc)
Sweet or savoury muffins with either fruit or veggies through them
Smoothies, made with yogurt, milk, bananas or strawberries
Veggie patties made of mash potato with veg through them and pan fried.
Good luck :)
