My friend told me that if you have sex while on X you could die when you orgasm. I didn't completely believe him, most of the time he says a lot of crap. So I was wondering, could you end up dying from having sex on X?

It will enhance your sex desire and the delay to achieve orgasm. Over use it will make you too high until Erectile Dysfunction (ED).

You can die from taking ecstasy but I don't think that having an orgasm while on it will cause you to die.

No you can't die from that. But ecstasy can kill you. By making you over drink on water, beer, etc. If you die while have sex on ecstacy, it could be connected to something else. And it has it side affects else so be careful
