Any tricks to get rid of xiema....or dry skin?
i have super dry skin that i will always have from birth but do u have any tricks to help control it?

If you use a lot of soap try to cut back on that. Try to use soap fee hand wash instead. To make your dry skin easier to deal with i would apply moisturiser every morning and every night.

take flax seed oil by the teaspoon every day, plus a salmon oil capsule as a supplement & use a skin moisturer after you take a shower (thicker cream moisturizer during the winter months)

CeraVe moisturizing lotion has helped me a lot. It was recommended by my dermatologist. Desonide is a prescription ointment that solved my eczema problem in a couple of days.

I put ice cream all over the spots where i have it. I leave it there for about 30mins then it's better the next day.
