try to find space for an old fashioned mouse trap and place a tiny piece of mars bar on the pin. Carefully set trap and put in the darkest place in cupboard. Check daily. Mice love chocolate. Good luck.

Traps will work the best. If you've seen the poop, you have them in other places as well. Look for a spot behind something (so you and your pets do not get snapped) and place old fashion cheap snap traps. Bait the traps with peanut butter and wait and see if you catch some.

Go over your whole home and look for cracks, and spaces by doors and windows. Seal them up the best you can to try and slow down the mice from coming in.

Pick a day when you and yours will be gone for a few days. Put the poison out a couple days before that. The dead mice will stink but it will dissipate in a couple of weeks. Better than having mice around your food, they carry disease that may harm you--the stink won't.

D-Con No View No Touch. and if that doesn't work get a cat. Female are better fixed than males. Males tend to get lazy after being fixed.

traps are the only way mate, you need to kill them and get them out, id advise putting a few done because if theres one around theres usually going to be a few of his friends lurching in the corner. good luck
