you could try wetseal, they have a bunch of cute dresses. and their are some that are casual, and classy. i get my dresses from there.
or try deb, charlette russe, forever 21. and guess.

If you go to www.shopstyle.com you can type in Puff Sleeve Dress and all the sites that sell that dress will come up it will also give you the picture and the price of the dress ...

I like the blue one better. It is not as trendy as the red so it will be in style for several more seasons allowing you to get your moneys worth out of it.
