Anyone taking bets? Will PETA pounce on this puppy, too?

they may make a stink over the fact that they got a purebred and not a shelter dog.but you can get purebreds from shelters as well just not puppy's,and everyone with children want there gogs to grow up with the children..esp if there small.maybe the donation will calm them down a bit we have to wait to see

I don't know what PETA will say, but I did notice postings this morning on this site by the Obama-haters saying the family should have taken a dog from a shelter rather than get a purebreed that is somewhat hypo-allergenic.

since half the people are republicans at least half the people will pounce on the issue , just like any other issue they get a chance to bite into. why didn't they get a mutt. oh i remember one of the kids is allergic to normal dogs. , i am not sure what my opinion is about this , it is kind of low on my priority list.

it seems kind of elitist to give money to the animal shelter because that is good and noble , but you do not actually want any of their animals.

but the president is elite , that is why he is the president and not some joe schmo.
