I nearly tossed my cookies the day I got married the first time. In hind sight I realize that it was just my body telling me that I was doing something I should not do. Seven months later I moved out of my spouses home and started on the road to wellness.
But some people are naturally anxious so my experience does not mean that nausea indicates that someone else is making a mistake.
The wedding advice I give people now is keep it cheap; invite the people that you want to invite and do not invite anyone that you do not want. It is your day to celebrate and not your family's day, not your co-workers day, and not your annoying hanger-on extended friends of friends day.
If you feel queasy about anything other than the realization that you are very lucky to have found a great partner you are doing something wrong. If you are queasy over spending the money or deciding whether or not to invite a relative you are doing something very wrong.
If you are not sure about whether you have the right partner you better know that you should NOT be getting married. If the prenuptial contract is not what you wanted; do not marry.
A wedding day is a day which should be full of joy, peaceful feelings, and celebration.
My point is that unless you are prone to anxiety or obesessive thoughts, behaviors, and feelings; you should not need any help dealing with upset stomach on your wedding day. If you are prone: then you should contact your physician about this issue long before the wedding so that you can fully explore the full range of options.

I just kept reminding myself that it was not about nerves... it was about our love. No, I didn't get sick. I had a piece of toast for breakfast. Just eat a light breakfast and take some Pepto Bismol medicine before the wedding and you should be fine.
