Cubs fans: What do you think of Fukudome's performance so far?

Has he overcome his problems from last year or will he decline at mid season again?

Well, when foreign players come to play the MLB their second season is normally the year you can judge them.

For instance, Dice-K had a less than average first year. He wasn't worth the money he was being paid. Then his second year, which I predicted, he had a very good year. He seemed to get the game better.

I think Fukudome might have understood the style of play.

I belive He has had a good inprovment over the last year. I just hope he keeps up on the good work through the year, not like last year and run out of gas...

not a cubs fan, but i think hes improved. His swing still has holes in it, but hes become a bit more disciplined and it may take time for pithers to figure him out.
