Froma purely statistical point of view there HAS to be other life than just on Earth. What are the chances that, even if the galaxies discovered so far were the only galaxies, only the Earth would be able to produce and support life?
The odds are not in favor of being a lone people.
As for the Biblical side of it (don't know how spiritual belief or lack thereof came into the discussion) the idea that there can't be other people in the universe because the Bible doesn't mention it is kind of absurd and a bit arrogant. Why do we think we are so important that if God created life on more than one world He would tell us?
He didn't see fit to catalog and outline every life form on our own world, after all.

Well. I see buildings, just as one would expect in London.
I still believe there is intelligent life on other planets, however. I just feel they are so intelligent, they know visiting the planet Earth isn't worth the trip.

Yes. I see 'em jump the border all the time!
As for space aliens, there's gotta be SOMETHING in the Universe out there besides us.

If you mean aliens like ET, then no.
But I would really be surprised if we are completely alone.

You're going to have to be more clear on what you define as an alien.
