Soul Eater (51 episodes long - the animation style took a bit for me to get into - but the story line is interesting and only a few fillers)

Cowboy Bebop (Rather random, pretty deep at times - though an overal an intriguing and enjoyable show)

Gun Grave (Can bit corny at times, and rather dark at others. Overall it was okay.)

Strike Witches (Fan-service to the extreme. Enjoyable solely because of how awful it is)

Ikkitosen (Again alot of fanservice, but also alot of fighting. Weak overall story line)

Fate Stay Night (I really enjoyed this. Did it as a Cosplay last year at ACen. Fighting, a bit of love, with some magic and stuff - good time all around)

Ichigo 100% (Enjoyable if you like the classic "I'm an awkward guy who has a bunch of girls who likes me" thing - though it ends mid-story and you have to continue on in the manga if you want to know what happens)

Kimikiss Rouge (Same as above, though it follows through to its conclusion in the anime)

Rosario Vampire 1 & 2 (Fanservice, weak plot - yet I still watch it and enjoy it much more than is healthy)

Spice and Wolf (Really deep and complex plot. A thinking-person's anime if you will... Waiting on season 2)

Zero no Tsukaima 1, 2, & 3 ( Still rather fan service-y but my girlfriend actually enjoys this one because it has a plot- as opposed to rosario vampire- waiting on season 4)

Sekirei (Fanservice to the extreme... wow... seeing a common theme with me? However its alot like Fate Stay Night, and has lots of good fighting and an interesting story as well)

Gantz (Really dark, thinking is required. Great animation with lots of action - though its almost excessively gorey)

Hand Maid May (Light fluff, weak plot, only a few episodes... but it was enjoyable enough for what it was.)

Onegai Sensei (Fanservice - pretty much on the same lines as Hand Maid May... though i suppose the relationship component is a tad more complex in this one)

Onegai Twins (Ditto from Onegai Sensai, but with sisters instead of a teacher)

They are my noble masters (All fan service, all the time. Its hillarious, but there's no real plot to it all)

Chrome Shelled Regios (A lot of action, but since this is a new Anime, they're only at episode 14 right now. Good plot line, a little fanservice here and there, and humor thrown in as well.)

Gunslinger Girl (hated it... I don't know how you can make school girl assassins boring, but they figured out how. However its received a lot of acclaim - so maybe it just wasn't my thing)

Cosplay Complex (Light fluff. Funny enough, though not very long and no real plot.)

Excel Saga (I watched the first episode, and almost cancelled the rest of the DVDs off my netflix account. I'm glad I didn't. This is on of my most favorite anime of all. It's hillarious!)

Grenadier (Fan service, decent plot, decent amount of action.)

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (A tad confusing, but its a classic for all those who like anime. You'll find yourself humming the theme for the rest of your life)

Rideback (A well done anime. A little but of the "Gundam"ness that I really hate... but I enjoyed it.)

    Hellsing (Watch it. Its awesome)

    Saiyuki (Same as above)

Saiyuki Reload (Same as Saiyuki.. though this gets a bit repetitive)

Girls High (I'm a tad ashamed to say I watched the whole season of it and was sad there was no more. It was an entertaining show.)

Elfen Lied (Rather dark, exceedingly gorey, though I enjoyed it immensely.)

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu (Again the same as the other guy who has a bunch of girls who like him)

Amaenaideyo (Perverted priest who gets all powerful when he sees nudity. need I say more?)

School Days (Really... really... dark. Its like if Quentin Tarentino did one of the "girls all like one guy" animes... I enjoyed it... but dark.)

Code Geass (Enjoyable Enough - though a bit too "Gundamy" for me.)

Blood + (Couldn't get into it despite gorgeous artistry)

All the Gundam Shows (Hate them all.. the only one worth anything in my opinion is Gundam Wing)

Tenchi Muyo (My girlfriend loves it. I can't stand it.)

    Hope this helps!
