How is it that us vets are getting classified as "extremists"?

Although we swore an oath, and even if I am retired Army, I still feel that oath holds true. And the oath is to protect the Constitution (which is under attack) against enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. With the attempt at amnesty for illegal aliens, to more restrictions on gun ownership, to the "President" firing a CEO, what is next? Check out the website under FEMA Concentration camps, and Executive orders.

Some one wrote that article from Homeland Security.....I am sure no one will fess up to it. It is a total travesty to think that our government will be on the look out for Veterans, Independents with Ron Paul Bumper stickers and anyone with a Nobama sign and categorize them as Extremists.

Something is not right here. We are suppose to be Free to speak our minds and we are being watched. I hope all these liberals figure out that they will also be watched next time they cry foul about what is coming there way in respect to loss of jobs, higher taxes, etc.

Gee sounds like somebody has been listening to a LOT of Fox news -

i guess facts don't really matter when someone who doesn't use em simply repeats the talking points. Its like a disease.

Bush tore up the constitution - Obama is restoring it.

    >>>

GOP leaders told Bush that his hardcore push to renew the more onerous provisions of the [Patriot] act could further alienate conservatives still mad at the President from his botched attempt to nominate White House Counsel Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court.

“I don’t give a g*dd*mn,” Bush retorted. “I’m the President and the Commander-in-Chief. Do it my way.”

“Mr. President,” one aide in the meeting said. “There is a valid case that the provisions in this law undermine the Constitution.”

“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face,” Bush screamed back. “It’s just a g*dd*mned piece of paper!”

I’ve talked to three people present for the meeting that day and they all confirm that the President of the United States called the Constitution “a g*dd*mned piece of paper.”

Attorney General Alberto [Geneva Convention is "rather quaint"] Gonzales, while still White House counsel, wrote that the “Constitution is an outdated document.”

Obama didn't fire anybody. Wagoner resigned

Another thing the FEMA camps - first Obama has only been in for 3 months - but BUSH signed the domestic-anti-terrorist acts and set up the camps and railway systems -

see who signed HR1955, HR1959, and HR 5122 - google em if you can handle the truth - which I seriously doubt.

Also please note - I give links to back up my talk - you don't - merely typical wingnut canards from Fox -

one other fact about Fox - do you know which Arabian prince owns the second largest stcok holdings of Rupert Murdocks Fox Media?

    >>>December 8, 2005 - Washington, DC - PipeLineNews.org - Accuracy in Media (AIM) is urging a full inquiry into a report that a Saudi billionaire caused the Fox News Channel (FNC) to dramatically alter its coverage of the Muslim riots in France after he called the network to complain. The Saudi billionaire, Al-waleed bin Talal, is a friend of News Corporation chairman Rupert Murdoch and controls an influential number of voting shares in the company. <<<

I disagree with some of your concerns but agree with others. Add to that, your concerns are grounded. I've been where you are but on different fears and I'll tell you, wear the label of "extremist" as a banner. Embracing the opposition's deriding terms proudly as badge really pisses them off.

Keep up the fight, as I said I don't fully agree with you but I respect anyone that fights for something they understand and believe is wrong. There are so many these days that follow the herd, having no comprehension about what they are doing or fighting for, and for them, I wouldn't give the time of day.
