Could be any number of things...

Did you check the spark plug for spark? If you have no spark, trace the wire back... Is the plug wire itself bad? The wire or wires to or from the coil could be bad. It sounds like if the stator and coil are good, you have an electrical gremlin in the wiring.

In your question, you just say no fire... are you getting fuel to the carburetor or fuel injectors? It may not be spark at all, you may have a fuel system problem. This could be a clogged fuel filter, bad pump, bad wiring to the pump if it's not mechanical, bad carb or injectors, pinhole in the fuel line robbing pressure, ETC.

This should give you some things to check if you already haven't.

    Good luck

Pull out the spark plugs, drain as plenty water as you are able to that way. i actually might get rid of the finished head (you will desire a clean gasket afterwards) and dry it up thoroughly. get rid of the exhaust header and silencer, get any water out from there. Drain the carburetor and dry it out with a compressor. Drain the oil and gas. New oil, oil filter out, gas, air filter out, plug, and be sure each and every passage the place water should not be is cleared of water and dried. If the engine DID run for awhile there is an risk that that's now hydrolocked (wherein case the piston would be siezed.) wherein case you will could desire to evaluate the wear and tear to the jug and backside-end. meaning the jug could desire a achieveable re-sleeve, a different desire of a clean piston, and a powerful risk the lowest end is wrecked besides. reliable success.

so are you sure the coil and stator are fine?. and the problem is no spark?.

check them to make sure they are ok, then check:

ignition switch, and the kill switch, cdi and rectifier.
