I have a JVC Mod. AV20F475 20 inch flat screen tv that will not show any picture...all the menus and everything come up onscreen but it will not show any programing...I think someone has been fiddling around with the thing but cannot get any picture or sound....Any suggestions would be appreciated

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the valve on a 1998 GMC Sierra with a 350 Vortec engine....I just had to replace the head gasket and need to know if lash adjustment is necessary with hydraulic lifters or do I just tighten them and let the lifters do their work

My 1998 GMC Sierra Z71 has a two fold problem that I need to see if someone can help me with...... My power steering is real hard to turn unless the engine rpm is around 1000 and it makes a growling noise kinda like when one is low on fluid even though it is full....Second the brakes have a new master cylinder but the pedal is not consistent and the anti lock brake system kicks in even when there is no danger of sliding the tires....it sounds like a ratcheting noise of some sort....when I take the fuse out of the anti-lock brakes in the main fuse box the noise goes away but the Pedal pressure is inconsistent and you have to pump the pedal to make sure you are going to have brakes...Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated....Has new master cylinder and new brake pads and shoes....Thanks in advance

I just replaced the brakes on my 98 GMC Sierra Z71 and now when I use the brakes the pedal is "mushy" and there is a "ratcheting sound " coming from the front....The brakes stop but it is sort of un-nerving when the pedal is not as stiff as I am used to...Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated....Thanks in advance

I just replaced the read brake shoes and am sure that it is coming from front brakes......master cylinder...ETC...... When really pressing on the brake the pedal pressure decreases amd the ratcheting noise is heard.....What can it be ???? Thanks in advance

The battery will not spin it through......Could the compression release be stuck or broken ??? Thanks in advance

The stop lights on my truck quit working so I replaced the brake light switch and the worked for a short while and now they have quit working again...the running light and the emergency flashers work but nothing happens when brake pedal is depressed...good bulbs, sockets ETC...any suggestions ??? I have an older Goodman package heat pump (model PH-030-1A ser # 9701048386) that I believe the compressor has overheated and gone out...I came home one day and the cooling fan on top was just barely turning and the compressor wand everything was HOT.....I replaced the cooling fan but the compressor doesnot seem to start and I get no heating or cooling... My question is should I see about having the compressor replaced and the unit recharged or am I just spending good money after bad... I have just a little over 1000 square feet to heat and cool but the only heat I can get out of this thing is from the emergency heat strips....Any suggestions would be appreciated...

It wont budge either way with a 1/2 air impact and I dont want to break it off.. any help would be appreciated

I installed a fan motor on my Goodman package unit but the fan turns slowly and in the wrong direction....What did I do wrong ??? There are only three wires to the fan motor but the only wire color they had in common was black>>>>> Any Ideas would be appreciated !!!!

I have a "real" lava lamp (that I got back in the 70's) that has been sitting out in my shop for awhile and I decided to get it out and see if it worked but the "Lava" no longer moves...Its like it separated into two different substances...one at the top and one laying on the bottom...I have tried turning off and letting it cool down and then turing it back on again and also shaking it to see if I could mix the ingredients again....Is there something else I can do or am I just "Lavaless"

I am looking to upgrade my TV to a LCD HD tv....some where in the neighborhood of 36-42 inch...is there anything else that I need to receive HD broadcasts other than my standard Direct TV dish ???
