What's the name of the place often referred to where lazy, fat, immoral people resided in Roman times?
The name of the place is on the tip of my tongue, but I can't get it to come out. It was where the people would sit around and eat and drink wine and be lazy all day and would have orgies at night. I think it might have been a mythical name applied to Roman times.
I think it's also sometimes used as a derogatory term towards LGBTs.
