f(x) = ln(1+x^8)

Find the first four terms of the Taylor series at x=0. Please show me how to do it.

f(x)=sin(x^7)

Find the first four terms of the Taylor series at x=0.

    we assume that you know the series for 1 / [ 1+ t] and that the integral of this is ln [1+t], then let t = x^8

    likewise we assume you know the series for sin t....just replace t with x^7
